In Prismafood two-speed mixers IBT and ITR, the digital control panel option is available. Complete and reliable, it allows manual operation, setting speeds traditionally, or programming the duration of each speed, ensuring consistent and high-quality dough. It also includes digital anomaly control, with dedicated warning lights for each type of alert.
