The spiral mixer is the ideal equipment for pizzerias, bakeries and families. The particular shape of the spiral allows obtaining a perfectly mixed dough in few minutes. The bowl, the spiral, the central column and the protection grid are made of stainless steel. The gearbox is made of oil bath gearmotor. All the equipment are equipped with dough-breaker. The mixers can be equipped with a single phase motor (IBM line) or a three phases one (IBT line). On request, two speeds are available on three-phases motors. Special Voltages are available on request as weel.
